Business Policies

I’m an independent contractor, not an employee of your company/business.
I will not seek any benefits.
I will sign nondisclosure statement upon request.
Before any work commences both parties, you and I, will sign a binding contract outlining policies, payments, work to be done, and everything else in between.

Hourly rate is $20
All hourly assignments have to be done through oDesk (learn more). This will ensure you will pay for the hours I work and not a penny more. Hours will be recorded and we will abide by oDesk policies.

I use PayPal invoices. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal or send a check.
Bounced checks are subject to $35 fee.
There is 25% security deposit for projects in excess of $250 before commencing work. After the work is complete and you’re satisfied with results you will be invoiced for the remaining 75%.
Once you pay the invoice you accept completed work as satisfactory. There will be no refunds after you pay.
You are required to pay the invoice within 15 days of receipt.
Each day it is late you will be charged 1% of the original invoice total every day until it is paid in full.
Monthly payment plan can be arranged upon request, but extra fees apply.

Qualified non-profit organizations receive 15% discount on the invoice total.
Current students, with ID, receive 10% discount on the invoice total.
Refer a friend to receive $10 discount and give your friend $10 discount as well on the invoice total.
New DreamHost customers will receive $10 discount if they sign up with my promo code.
Current DreamHost customers might receive $10 discount based on the nature of the project.
